A Time Capsule for January 2018 (Topicocalypse Episode 11)

Wub wub wub welcome back to Topicocalypse. On this episode, we're breaking down all of the news that's happened so far in January of 2018. Bryan gives us the rundown on Austriallia (see what I did there?) and lets us know the rules about what you can and can't call your friends in the land down under. There's nothing exciting happening in China. They're banning plastic bags in Halifax, Canada. Josh talks about the historic move by the Saudi Arabian governement to reopen movie theathers and comedy clubs. And why would they choose to show the Emoji Moive as the first film to be played in theaters there in over thirty years? Apparently the Saudi Arabian government thinks this is as big of a deal as letting women drive. Danial wants to talk about a guy who drove his car into the second floor of a business in California. And we have a piano playing in the background. All of this and more on this episode of Topicocalypse.
